Responsibilities
- Own the direction of developer experience and set the DX roadmap.
- Design and manage the SDK code-generation architecture.
- Define quality standards and observability for all SDKs.
- Enhance the skills of engineers through code reviews and documentation.
- Identify and resolve systemic issues that hinder developer productivity.
- Build essential tooling for the team, including CI and starter repositories.
- Create resilient documentation and architecture for long-term scalability.
- Provide technical insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing developer-facing tooling across multiple languages.
- Strong familiarity with AI integration in development workflows.
- Ability to create reusable systems that outlive individual contributions.
- First-principles reasoning about SDKs and code generation systems.
- Experience in production ownership and incident response.
- Willingness to engage in developer content and community work.
- Focus on developer outcomes and product activation.
