Responsibilities
- Work alongside AI agents to serve users at scale.
- Engage directly with users to understand their requirements.
- Design and deploy products across multi-product boundaries.
- Build reusable solutions and contribute to a customization framework.

- Diagnose and fix complex product/engineering problems.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
- Strong command of distributed systems, API design, and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to grasp complex domains.
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Willingness to engage directly with users to co-develop solutions.
- Willingness to travel (~20-30%) to Stripe sites and user locations.
