Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, including scoping, design, development, implementation, and delivery support.
- Define practical, high-quality technical and architectural designs aligned with DXC standards and frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects while collaborating with onshore, offshore, delivery, and client teams.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and client IT and business systems.
- Create and deliver accessible solution demonstrations that communicate value to clients.
- Resolve complex technical challenges across the delivery lifecycle and support long-term solution success.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues and contribute to DXC’s global ServiceNow community and product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven consulting or professional-services experience delivering complex technical solutions.
- Successful experience delivering ServiceNow projects as a Solution Architect on time and within budget.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification in at least one ServiceNow product suite.
- ITIL Foundation certification, version 3 or 4.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration, including JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS, Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations including Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, and JDBC.
- Experience working in complex client environments and knowledge of business analysis techniques and delivery approaches.
- Experience with agile and traditional delivery methodologies and business solutions, particularly CSDM and CMDB.
- Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, influencing, resilience, and continuous-learning skills.
- Willingness to travel when needed to support clients and teams.
- Eligibility for security clearance and sole UK nationality.
