Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, topics, actions, and conversational workflows.
Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems using Power Platform connectors, APIs, Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party applications.
Build and optimize prompts, orchestration flows, knowledge sources, and agent responses.
Develop custom integrations using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs.
Implement governance, security, privacy, Responsible AI, and platform standards in collaboration with the Copilot Architect.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, unit testing, performance optimization, monitoring, and production support.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and continuous improvement activities.
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Monitor agent performance, user adoption, and usage metrics and recommend enhancements.

Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, entities, generative AI capabilities, and knowledge sources.
Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise system integrations.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Storage Accounts, and API Management.
Understanding of conversational AI design and prompt engineering.
Experience with one or more of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
Knowledge of Azure AD or Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity, and Key Vault.
Understanding of Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and environment management.
Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Familiarity with AWS services for enterprise AI workloads and Responsible AI, security compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Azure Solutions are preferred.
Three or more years of Power Platform development experience and one or more years of Copilot Studio or conversational AI development experience are preferred.
