Responsibilities
- Assess whether SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform is appropriate for satisfying user requirements.
- Participate in technical design sessions and create solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Build, deploy, support, and govern custom Power Platform applications, SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts.
- Implement solutions integrating multiple data sources and develop Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to better leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint and facilitate process improvements.
- Interpret and design SQL Server database models.
- Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
- Estimate work content, achieve planned timelines, and manage work across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 4 years of Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform development experience using PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator.
- Foundational knowledge of Office 365, including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and the Azure ecosystem.
- Familiarity with new approaches to system design and functionality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask across projects.
- Experience working with Agile project methodologies.
- Preferred familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL Server query language and SSIS.
