Responsibilities
- Define CPQ and Digital Commerce technical solutions and align them with Salesforce, ERP, back-end systems, and integrated applications.
- Analyze business requirements to determine standard-platform capabilities, configuration, customization, and acceptable workarounds.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify sales-process improvements and validate and prioritize business demand.
- Translate functional designs into technical specifications and review and approve functional and technical use-case documentation.
- Communicate specifications to Salesforce, CPQ, and integration development teams.
- Participate in unit testing and support UAT, defect resolution, product configuration, pricing, approvals, and sales workflows.
- Define architectural rules, principles, guidelines, and non-functional requirements for CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions.
- Maintain solution documentation and training materials and contribute knowledge to the Center of Excellence.
- Collaborate across ERP, Finance, Order Management, and Integration workstreams to assess impacts and optimize end-user solutions.
- Support the installation, management, maintenance, optimization, and deployment of CPQ and Digital Commerce processes.
- Ensure compliance with solution and service architecture standards in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software architecture and design.
- Proven experience with Conga RLP, Conga CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of a CPQ-like solution, preferably Conga or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Angular and C#.
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as MuleSoft and APIs.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience in the energy sector or B2B market is a plus.
