Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that solve engineering problems across the networking stack.
- Design, build, and operate reliable platforms, including MCP tools, service APIs, cloud and on-premise services, and supporting systems.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across networking architecture teams and turn them into working solutions.
- Drive responsible AI adoption through best practices, guardrails, and evaluation methods.
- Build evaluation and observability pipelines for AI-agent behavior and platform reliability on production workloads.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant practical experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE roles, ideally on a large-scale software product.
- Deep hands-on experience with Linux, cloud and on-premise environments, Kubernetes, container runtimes, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production services.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python and Bash, plus one compiled language such as Go or Rust.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and security practices.
- Advanced practical use of AI and agentic workflows beyond standard coding assistant usage.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and MCP integrations is preferred.
- Background in computer networking or HPC is preferred.
