Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and systems to scale sales and marketing through AI and automation.
- Partner with stakeholders to run high-impact growth experiments.
- Take projects from 0→1 across various surface areas and tech stacks.
- Develop integrations between Flagler's products, business systems, and third-party platforms.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack product development.
- AI/LLM experience in production environments.
- Comfort working across a range of technologies and problem domains.
