Responsibilities
- Planejar, definir a estratégia, executar, analisar e elaborar relatórios de testes de performance.
- Construir, manter e executar scripts de performance para testes de carga, estresse, volume e endurance.
- Coordenar testes de performance e selecionar os tipos de teste adequados para cada cenário.
- Realizar automação de testes utilizando ferramentas e linguagens diversas.
- Diagnosticar problemas complexos não solucionados por times internos.
- Gerenciar, capacitar, acompanhar e direcionar tecnicamente equipes multidisciplinares de Quality Engineering.
- Gerenciar projetos e clientes, assegurando qualidade, cronograma e entregas.
- Elaborar propostas comerciais e atuar como ponto de contato técnico com clientes.
Requirements
- Experiência sólida com automação de testes usando Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Robot, Jenkins, Java, C#, Ruby e Python.
- Domínio de automação, performance, TDM e Service Virtualization em Quality Engineering.
- Forte experiência em planejamento, estratégia, execução, análise e relatórios de testes de performance.
- Conhecimento sólido de LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter ou StormRunner Load.
- Conhecimento de bancos de dados e arquitetura de aplicações Web.
- Experiência com gestão de equipes multidisciplinares de Quality Engineering.
- Experiência com gestão de projetos e clientes e elaboração de propostas comerciais.
- Vivência com metodologias Ágeis e DevOps.
- Inglês fluente obrigatório para comunicação com equipes globais e clientes internacionais.
