Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features from design to production.
- Turn user feedback into code with same-day turnaround.
- Work directly with founders to clarify priorities and remove blockers.
- Build polished UIs and reliable backend services that scale with traffic.
Requirements
- Experience building real-world applications with a high bar for quality.
- Comfortable working in a small team with a focus on speed and ownership.
- Experience with modern full stack frameworks for both frontend and backend.
- Relentlessly resourceful and able to deliver quickly.
