Responsibilities

Set up and manage Jira projects and Confluence spaces with customization and automation.
Manage external user access ensuring least privileged principle.
Perform basic troubleshooting for access issues in Jira and Confluence.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and best practices.
Enable, configure, and optimize Atlassian Rovo across Jira and Confluence.
Suggest automation capabilities to the existing product SME.
Integrate Atlassian products with other systems such as source control and Sentry.io.
Drive product adoption and onboard new business units on the Atlassian platform.
Evaluate new business requirements and convert them into technical requirements.
Upskill Service Desk members on the Atlassian platform.
Manage complex, mid to large-sized project implementations.

Good understanding of Atlassian Services and their applications.
In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence features, including advanced roadmaps and reporting tools.
Experience with Jira/Confluence Automation and APIs.
Ability to manage Jira and Confluence add-ons.
Familiarity with licensing and billing for Atlassian products.
Experience driving business adoption for new Atlassian product releases.
Knowledge of improving Atlassian Cloud security and data governance.
Hands-on experience configuring or deploying Atlassian Rovo is desired.
Basic knowledge of Python for using Atlassian API capabilities is preferred.
Atlassian certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
