Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable test infrastructure and tooling.
- Define and champion the technical roadmap for test automation.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration of automated testing.
- Solve complex engineering challenges related to distributed systems.
- Advocate for testing best practices across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within the test infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles focused on test infrastructure or software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Go and/or Python.
- Deep familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and workflows.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of various testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
