Responsibilities
- Guide customers and partners in designing and building scalable systems using MongoDB.
- Articulate the business and technical value of MongoDB solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure customer success across various accounts.
- Support sales activities including technical discovery, demos, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the field and Product Management to relay feedback.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with technical partners.
- Drive partner demand and create strategies for MongoDB solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
- Proficiency in one or more modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience in UI development with skills in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of deploying applications to the Cloud, preferably AWS.
- Experience with database systems performance tuning.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
