Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain infrastructure and platform tooling for production-grade agentic AI solutions.
- Lead architecture and technical design while ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Analyze customer requirements and enterprise data landscapes, incorporating data privacy and residency compliance into engineering frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Innovation Strategists to define focused, high-impact solutions.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve engineering culture, processes, and developer experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical grooming, retrospectives, and end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in backend engineering and cloud infrastructure.
- 1+ years of experience building production-grade agentic AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Strong experience implementing APIs, working with SQL and NoSQL databases, and writing end-to-end automated tests.
- Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience with self-hosted and managed services.
- Expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD solutions such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience leading projects and debugging complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI technologies such as RAG, MCP, LangGraph, and LangFuse.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and ability to work effectively with limited guidance.
