Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Create and manage regional GKE clusters, multi-zone node pools, autoscaling, load balancing, networking, ingress, service mesh, and Kubernetes security.
- Deploy and operate STT, TTS, LLM, GPU-enabled, and CPU-optimized workloads while maintaining high availability and real-time inference performance.
- Manage secure CI/CD pipelines, image builds, Artifact Registry, environment promotion, and blue/green, rolling, and canary releases.
- Build dashboards and alerts, monitor production systems, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot crashes, latency, WebSocket drops, and microservices failures.
- Optimize speech pipelines, autoscaling, Pub/Sub throughput, database performance, and large-scale campaign workloads.
- Support HDFC Bank with UAT and production readiness, deployments, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Google Professional Cloud Engineer certification or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification with GKE specialization or equivalent hands-on expertise.
- Deep hands-on experience with GKE, regional clusters, multi-zone node pools, HPA, VPA, Cluster Autoscaler, load balancers, network policies, service mesh, ingress, IAM, Workload Identity, and RBAC.
- Experience with GCP services, Firestore, MongoDB, MySQL, StarRocks, Redis, GCS, Pub/Sub, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, VPC, subnets, firewall rules, and database resilience practices.
- Experience deploying AI workloads, managing GPU/TPU infrastructure, integrating model endpoints, and optimizing real-time STT/LLM/TTS pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub, Docker, Artifact Registry, Istio or NGINX canary deployments, Prometheus, Grafana, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and zero-trust networking.
- Enterprise or financial-institution experience, voice AI platform experience, large-scale BFSI workload experience, real-time streaming experience, and expert-level Kubernetes troubleshooting are preferred.
- Location is Delhi or Mumbai.
