Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and scalable, AI-powered automation solutions.
Develop IFS Cloud customizations, reports, extensions, applications, workflows, configurations, pages, fields, menus, lobbies, and events.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools, including MuleSoft Anypoint.
Create technical documentation, logs, and solution designs.
Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with IT, business analysts, operational leaders, product owners, implementation teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards across ERP development work.
Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, module rollouts, and data migration activities.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a similar field.
Hands-on experience developing within IFS Cloud using IFS-provided developer tools.
Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying custom applications, integrations, and workflows within MuleSoft Anypoint.
Proficiency with Visual Studio and HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
Understanding of business processes involving finance, supply chain, manufacturing, CRM, or part management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5+ years of IFS ERP development experience preferred.
IFS certification or module-specific training preferred.
Experience with full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, enterprise integrations, or cloud platforms preferred.
Experience with IFS Business Analytics, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint Online preferred.
Familiarity with complete SDLC processes preferred.
