Responsibilities
- Participate in code reviews and architecture design meetings using AI-assisted insights and tooling.
- Own and drive end-to-end features in collaboration with Product and Design.
- Write and validate high-quality, performant code, including reviewing AI-generated code outputs.
- Use copilots, automation, and intelligent systems to augment software development and productivity.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop mission-critical software for public safety.
- Work with open-source technologies and AI-enabled development platforms.
Requirements
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field in 2026.
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, C/C++, Rust, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI-assisted development tools, code generation, and automation workflows.
- Interest in emerging AI-driven software engineering practices.
- Strong passion for learning, analytical problem-solving, and creating solutions for end users.
