Responsibilities
- Develop production-management backend, web API, and database systems.
- Build DCC automation tools for Maya, MotionBuilder, and Blender.
- Develop asset integration and validation tools for Unreal Engine and Unity.
- Optimize rendering, assets, memory usage, and runtime performance in Unreal Engine and Unity.
- Integrate ShotGrid, ftrack, and Kitsu production-management systems.
- Automate production-data and version-management workflows.
- Provide technical support to artists and maintain internal production tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in pipeline or tools development.
- Experience developing DCC tools and automation workflows with Python.
- Experience developing Unreal Engine or Unity tools using C++ or C#.
- Experience with profiling and real-time content optimization in Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Experience with REST APIs and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of 3D content-production pipelines and real-time rendering.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across Art, Tech, and Production teams.
- A relevant portfolio such as a GitHub repository, tool demo, or technical documentation is requested.
- Experience with FastAPI, Vue, Docker, Linux, ShotGrid/ftrack/Kitsu APIs, Unreal/Unity plugins, C++, rendering, shaders, material systems, GPU/CPU optimization, Perforce, motion capture, VTuber production, or ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion is a plus.
- English communication skills are useful and Korean is a plus.
