Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Demo Engineers with building, maintaining, and updating standard Yext demo environments.
- Customize demo accounts for prospect-specific use cases and industry contexts.
- Support Knowledge Graph updates, connector and crawler configurations, and front-end customization.
- Learn and interpret Yext Analytics, Yext Scout, Knowledge Scans, Listings, Reviews, Pages, and Search data.
- Prepare reports and materials supporting pre-sales discussions led by Global Solutions Engineers.
- Manage inbound requests from Solutions Engineers and Account Executives through Jira and keep demo tickets and library areas up to date.
- Document learnings, edge cases, and guides in the SE Confluence knowledge hub.
- Participate in scoping calls, stand-ups, product enablement, certifications, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic awareness of HTML and CSS, or genuine eagerness to learn them.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to explain ideas simply.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Curiosity about technology, AI, digital experiences, and the value of technical solutions to clients.
- A coachable attitude and motivation to grow in a high-performance environment.
- Relevant internships, placements, academic projects, or previous experience in a technical, digital, or SaaS-related role are welcome.
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, CMS tools, analytics, digital marketing, SEO, JavaScript, front-end development, data, structured content, or database concepts is beneficial.
