Base Salary
$191k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of internal platforms and security automation systems.
- Establish scalable engineering patterns and technical standards for long-term platform growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into software solutions.
- Design and oversee relational data models, authorization systems, and platform services.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks related to system architecture and platform investments.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and best practices.
- Drive technical strategy for internal platforms and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience designing and operating large-scale production software systems.
- Experience leading architecture and technical design for distributed systems.
- Experience designing relational database schemas, APIs, and authentication systems.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
