Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the agent platform.
- Design and build early versions of agent-driven products and internal systems.
- Establish patterns and infrastructure for reliable agent deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years building software in an agentic startup, frontier AI lab, leading hedge fund, or big tech team.
- Strong familiarity with the modern AI stack including LLMs and orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with bonus skills in TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and interest in investing.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying multi-agent systems in production environments.
- Proven ability to anticipate and address failure modes in agent systems.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
