Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance backend applications using C++, Rust, and modern software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
- Support cloud technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and development tools that improve efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Share knowledge, provide technical guidance, and support delivery across distributed teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing backend applications using C++, with exposure to Rust, the Standard Template Library, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience building scalable, cloud-native applications and working with Microsoft Azure, XML web services, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, application architecture, performance optimization, and resilient system design.
- Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders across global and distributed teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with interest in continuous learning, mentoring, and AI-powered development approaches.
