Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex features in the calculation engine.
Design, develop, and optimize algorithms for high-performance computing.
Take ownership of critical components from architectural design to deployment.
Lead research into new approaches and set standards for software development best practices.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience designing and building high-performance, multi-threaded, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in developing bespoke algorithms and data structures.
Expertise in a low-level systems language, preferably Rust or C++.
Ability to analyze, debug, and solve complex technical challenges.
Track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions.
A quality-first mindset with a focus on clean, testable, and maintainable code.
