Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable large language model architectures aligned with project and business goals.
- Design and tune neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Train models using large-scale unlabeled datasets and apply optimization methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems and workflows.
- Provide cross-team technical solutions, influence decisions, and advise on business-area problems.
- Mentor junior team members and guide model design and deployment best practices.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep expertise in LLM architecture, neural network design, and natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text data.
- Knowledge of optimization methods and current language model research and applications.
- Strong influencing, advisory, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
