Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Process large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Optimize model parameters to improve performance and reduce computational costs.
- Apply language model pre-training and fine-tuning techniques.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advise multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise in neural network architecture design and tuning for natural language processing.
- Experience handling and processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for performance and computational efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model pre-training and fine-tuning techniques.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
