Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of large language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters and frameworks for processing and generating natural language.
- Work with large-scale unlabeled text datasets and optimize model performance and scalability.
- Evaluate model effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, advise multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide cross-team solutions, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members on model design and implementation.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 6 years of Machine Learning experience is required.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning is required.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and training methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and language generation models.
- Skill in evaluating model effectiveness and implementing improvements.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Deep subject-matter expertise and influencing and advisory skills.
