Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build LLM-powered agentic AI systems for reasoning, planning, tool orchestration, and enterprise workflows.
- Develop multi-agent frameworks supporting coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution.
- Build scalable platforms for RAG, long-term memory, contextual reasoning, agent evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Integrate agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and internal microservices to deliver end-to-end intelligent experiences.
- Deploy and scale reliable, safe, and high-performance autonomous systems in cloud, hybrid, and Kubernetes environments.
- Provide technical leadership for complex distributed AI initiatives and mentor engineers.
- Apply test automation, production testing, debugging, performance analysis, and test design practices.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Strong experience designing and deploying LLM-powered systems using RAG, tool use, and agent-based architectures.
- Deep understanding of planning, memory, tool invocation, and multi-step reasoning in agentic AI systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or similar.
- Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes and building systems in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong programming skills across multiple languages and modern software stacks, with Python preferred.
- Proven ability to design reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Track record leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Experience with Generative AI solutions for enterprise efficiency, Cloud Platforms, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, system design, programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skills.
Benefits
- Base salary range is 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD, with additional eligibility for equity and benefits.
