Senior Solution Engineer
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead the complete solution cycle in collaboration with sales, product, professional services, and other teams.
- Understand customer requirements and position Salesforce solutions as the answer to industry-specific business challenges.
- Develop and deliver customized solutions, prototypes, and product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle and respond efficiently to RFPs.
- Design and prototype Agentforce agentic workflows and guide customers from legacy CRM workflows to agentic data platforms.
- Participate in product, sales, procedural, training, certification, mentorship, and internal development programs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Travel occasionally to support customer and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software solutions.
- Expertise in Agentforce for the manufacturing and/or automotive industries, including autonomous AI design and human-agent collaboration strategies.
- Experience selling to customers across the UK in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Salesforce experience and/or certifications related to artificial intelligence, generative AI, and LLM concepts.
- Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering enterprise consulting outcomes.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and explain complex ideas effectively.
- Curiosity, practical problem-solving ability, passion for technology, and willingness to share knowledge.
