Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4+ engineers delivering application security automation and secure software delivery solutions.
- Design secure systems, perform technical analysis, and conduct security reviews of architectures and engineering designs.
- Define application security standards and integrate security capabilities into CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders on security risks, strategy, and solutions.
- Define, track, and report key security metrics.
- Present, discuss, and challenge design and architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Application Security.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC standards, SAST, SCA/OSS, DAST, container scanning, security vulnerabilities, cyber incidents, penetration testing tools, and security frameworks.
- Experience designing and integrating application security capabilities into CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience developing event-driven applications using Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka.
- Experience conducting security reviews and validating architectures and engineering designs for security.
- Strong understanding of cyber technologies and their integration in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Preferred knowledge of Data Protection, Cryptography, Network Security, Web Application Firewalls, Identity and Access Management, TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL/TLS.
- Preferred experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and partnership skills.
