Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own high-performance endpoint agent systems across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Implement secure tunneling, TLS and encryption handling, identity-aware access control, and traffic steering.
- Deliver features aligned with SASE and ZTNA architecture and security standards.
- Optimize agent and networking codebases for low latency, high availability, and consistent policy enforcement.
- Establish engineering standards through testing, secure coding, and code-quality improvements.
- Debug and resolve complex production, low-level networking, tunneling, and protocol issues.
- Improve logging, telemetry, diagnostics, and end-to-end traffic visibility.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to design, architecture, and technical direction.
- Track developments in ZTNA, VPN technologies, and systems engineering.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience developing production-grade applications in C++ or Go.
- Experience building and owning performant, scalable, and maintainable desktop or mobile client applications.
- Strong understanding of network programming and TCP/IP, UDP, SSL/TLS, and distributed environments.
- Experience designing secure, high-performance, reliable, and resilient systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automated delivery pipelines.
- Expertise debugging system-level and networking-related production issues.
- Experience using AI tools in software development or AI-driven engineering.
- Preferred experience with ZTNA, VPN, secure tunneling, TLS internals, encryption, identity-based access control, endpoint agents, traffic steering, cross-platform client development, and low-level networking troubleshooting.
