Base Salary
$122k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the resolution of high-priority, complex service requests and escalations.
- Mentor and coach Technical Support Engineers on troubleshooting methodologies.
- Drive issue isolation by collaborating with customers and Engineering teams.
- Become a subject matter expert in containers and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
- Create high-quality documentation to reduce future support volume.
Requirements
- Must have 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven mastery in technical escalation management and problem-solving.
- Experience with installing and supporting large-scale enterprise software and systems.
- Experience working with public cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
- Experience deploying and supporting Kubernetes and other cloud container systems is a plus.
- Understanding of storage concepts and troubleshooting storage deployment is a plus.
- Ability to triage issues and escalate them to appropriate engineering groups.
- Strong shell scripting skills desired.
- Expected to work from the Raleigh, North Carolina office.
