Base Salary

$160k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Corporate/Expansion sales team as a technical expert.
  • Understand customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations.
  • Answer technical questions from customers and partners.
  • Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex use cases.
  • Provide feedback to product management for enhancements.
  • Share best practices with other Solutions Engineers.
  • Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a pre-sales role.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
  • Experience with standard network security protocols like OAuth and SAML.
  • Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development.
  • Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
