Responsibilities
- Work with the Corporate/Expansion sales team as a technical expert.
- Understand customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions from customers and partners.
- Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex use cases.
- Provide feedback to product management for enhancements.
- Share best practices with other Solutions Engineers.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events and conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with SaaS products.
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a pre-sales role.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience with standard network security protocols like OAuth and SAML.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development.
- Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
