Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic systems for personalized listening experiences.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for cultural signals at scale.
- Integrate cultural data into new listening experiences with cross-functional teams.
- Own the end-to-end process from data pipelines to production serving.
- Create evaluation tools and run experiments to assess user engagement.
- Define the technical direction and architecture of the squad.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and shipping machine learning models end-to-end.
- Strong foundation in Python; knowledge of Java and Scala is a plus.
- Experience with GCP tools like Dataflow and BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience in building production-scale AI/ML systems in related domains.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, exploratory environments and move from idea to production.
