Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement AI-enabled workflows and tools.
- Rapidly prototype using LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing HR systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure usability and compliance.
- Evaluate AI tools and vendors through hands-on experimentation.
- Enable the People team to adopt AI effectively and responsibly.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering or advanced automation.
- Proven ability to build and integrate LLM-powered features into production.
- Strong API integration and workflow automation experience.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday or Greenhouse is preferred.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to translate complex technical systems into practical solutions.
- Skilled at using qualitative data to guide decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Thoughtful about privacy and responsible AI practices in HR contexts.
