Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-native accounting services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements discussions, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Build reliable and maintainable backend systems that support complex accounting and investment workflows.
- Improve application performance, observability, and operational reliability.
- Develop automated tests and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Partner with teammates to troubleshoot production issues and support highly available systems.
- Learn and apply AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency.
- Contribute ideas, feedback, and technical insights in team discussions.
- Foster a collaborative environment rooted in learning and transparency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering production applications.
- Experience in FinTech, accounting systems, or market data platforms.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience building backend or cloud-native applications, preferably on AWS.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including testing and code reviews.
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application design principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies.
- Aptitude for problem solving and effective communication.
