Responsibilities

  • Develop prototypes, utilities, and supplementary tools that support AI integration and adoption.
  • Assess AI literacy and skill gaps within software development teams with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Create customized, outcome-focused learning programs including courses, microlearning, social interaction, and on-the-job experiences.
  • Lead coaching, interactive learning, workshops, and communities of practice to support continuous learning.
  • Communicate complex technical topics and tailor coaching to different stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of combined experience in software development, quality assurance, business analysis, or coaching.
  • Programming experience with one or more of C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python, or Swift.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to varied stakeholders.
  • Experience coaching teams through adoption of new technologies, especially in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI principles, techniques, and methodologies focused on software engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience coaching technical teams through hands-on, experiential learning and collaborating cross-functionally with HR and business units is preferred.
