Responsibilities
- Lead projects and manage the entire software development life-cycle.
- Engage with customers to define business processes and gather requirements.
- Develop and implement custom enterprise-grade solutions on the Appian platform.
- Collaborate with clients' technical teams and business users.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants through software implementations.
- Work within an agile environment to launch relational data models and develop APIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English.
- Experience leading teams through post-sale software implementation.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and SQL skills.
