Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with technical discovery and positioning of Netskope’s AI Security portfolio.
- Prepare and execute customer proof-of-value engagements to achieve technical wins and support business wins.
- Develop strategic customer visions based on AI strategies, expectations, and required capabilities.
- Identify customer efficacy and operational improvements and support implementation of AI integrations.
- Create presentations, documentation, articles, videos, labs, and other enablement assets for internal and external audiences.
- Answer customer and partner questions through the Netskope Community.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on field requirements, product testing, fixes, and improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pre-sales experience.
- Previous technical pre-sales or consulting experience with a cybersecurity company.
- Previous AI startup experience involving frequent customer and sales interaction, such as as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Engineer.
- Cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on integration experience with AI models and prototyping or implementation experience.
- Knowledge of AI prompt best practices and security testing is a plus.
- Strong full-stack development skills and the ability to test integrations and support customer implementation.
- Experience creating enablement assets through documentation, articles, videos, and presentations.
- Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
