Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with technical discovery and positioning of Netskope’s AI Security portfolio.
- Prepare and execute proof-of-value engagements to achieve technical wins and support business wins.
- Develop strategic customer visions based on AI strategies, expectations, and required capabilities.
- Identify efficacy and operational improvements with existing customers.
- Enable field and Systems Engineering teams through presentations, labs, documentation, and other materials.
- Engage customers and partners through the Netskope Community by answering questions and creating articles and presentations.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to capture field requirements, test new products and releases, and support fixes and improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pre-sales experience is required.
- Previous technical pre-sales or consulting experience with a cybersecurity company is required.
- Experience in an AI startup with frequent customer and sales interaction, such as an SE, SA, or Implementation Engineer, is required; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Good cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
- Hands-on integration experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and AWS models, including prototyping and implementation, is required.
- Understanding of AI prompt best practices and security testing is a plus.
- Strong full-stack development skills for testing integrations and supporting customer implementations are required.
- Experience creating enablement assets such as documentation, articles, videos, and presentations is required.
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing technical and executive audiences are required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
