Responsibilities
- Shape strategic win, customer success, and consumption plans with account, marketing, partner, and delivery teams.
- Gather competitive insights and provide technical feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by assessing customer needs and presenting Microsoft solution architectures.
- Lead customer technical discussions, demonstrations, architectural design sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Coordinate partner resources, identify capability gaps, and support partner technical capacity.
- Apply sales methodologies and coach teams on customer digital transformation, security improvements, and technology alignment.
- Engage customers proactively and help remove delivery blockers by coordinating with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4+ years; or 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in areas such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture and development, cloud platforms, information security, or architecture are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer engagement, solution architecture, partner collaboration, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery is required.
