Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers during product deployment.
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and architect solutions.
- Guide technical architecture decisions for LLM-based products.
- Develop pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites for customer deployment.
- Lead technical workshops and code reviews with customer teams.
- Identify design patterns and provide insights to product and engineering teams.
- Stay updated on LLM capabilities and AI product development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as Customer Engineer or Software Engineer.
- Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with production applications.
- Expertise in LLM implementation patterns and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions to complex problems.
- High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration.
- Passion for advancing safe and beneficial AI systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
