Responsibilities
- Advise customers from technical discovery through deployment of products and workflows using Anthropic models.
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and architect solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Guide customers on LLM architecture, implementation patterns, and API-based product development.
- Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites for customer deployments.
- Lead technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams.
- Share customer insights and common design patterns with Product and Engineering teams.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and participate in conferences, speaking engagements, blog posts, and white papers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience building production applications.
- Expertise with LLM implementation patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agent frameworks, and retrieval frameworks.
- Strong cross-organizational collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
