Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert across Check Point’s Workspace Security portfolio, especially Email Security and Endpoint Security.
- Assess customer environments, identify security gaps, and recommend strategies that improve threat prevention, detection, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Sales on technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, competitive evaluations, and customer proposals.
- Own Email, Endpoint, and Workspace Security proof-of-concepts from planning through technical validation and completion.
- Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions during customer evaluations.
- Conduct technical workshops and architecture sessions with CISOs, security leaders, SOC teams, architects, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support for RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture requirements.
- Enable customers, partners, Sales, and Security Engineers through training, documentation, demonstrations, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Security Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve the portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, technical presales, endpoint security, EDR/XDR, SOC operations, security architecture, or a related technical role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Endpoint Protection Platforms, EDR, XDR, anti-ransomware, behavioral protection, threat prevention, and endpoint security architecture.
- Understanding of malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft, lateral movement, persistence, endpoint compromise, and modern cyberattack techniques.
- Experience designing, deploying, demonstrating, or supporting enterprise endpoint security solutions.
- Experience with technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, competitive evaluations, and solution architecture discussions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Windows environments and endpoint management concepts; macOS and Linux endpoint security knowledge is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud security, identity, email security, Zero Trust, network security, and broader Workspace Security concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Strong business acumen, cybersecurity competitive knowledge, presentation skills, organizational discipline, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple complex opportunities.
- Preferred experience with endpoint or email security and platforms such as ProofPoint, Mimecast, Abnormal, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Palo Alto Networks Cortex.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
