Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own complex frontend features end-to-end, from inception through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and translate complex business requirements into technical frameworks.
- Improve frontend reliability, performance, observability, and application performance monitoring practices.
- Build and refine internal frontend frameworks and pipelines to improve developer experience, code health, and delivery speed.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to design reviews, technical standards, and system architecture.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cross-system improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated UI or frontend development experience in high-growth, agile environments.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular.
- Comprehensive understanding of large-scale frontend systems and frontend architectural improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical change, motivate peers, establish accountability, and achieve measurable results.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
