Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the playbook for Fin deployment across the customer base.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions with customers to gather operational information.
- Develop tailored deployment plans for each implementation.
- Create a change management methodology to support customer transformations.
- Analyze customer data to provide recommendations for optimizing outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team to execute customer deployments.
- Guide the Success & Solutions organization in developing best practices.
- Work with internal teams to address challenges during implementation.
- Provide feedback to the Product team on customer-requested features.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for analyzing complex requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
