Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers to qualify opportunities and design tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discovery with 911 centers and public safety agencies.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical workshops.
- Lead and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Prepared’s platform architecture and integrations.
- Advise agencies on best practices for network security and system interoperability.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve demo environments and messaging.
- Build trust with agency decision-makers and ensure technical confidence throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Demonstrated experience selling or implementing public safety software.
- Proven ability to operate as a field-facing technical advisor to Sales.
- Deep understanding of PSAP workflows and operational constraints.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud-based platforms and system interoperability.
