Responsibilities
- Lead the design and operation of cloud infrastructure for Clumio’s SaaS platform.
- Drive cross-cutting technical initiatives across multiple infrastructure services.
- Design and evolve cloud-native and multi-cloud infrastructure abstractions.
- Make architectural decisions balancing correctness, cost, scalability, and simplicity.
- Mentor engineers and guide design decisions within the team.
- Participate in production operations and solve complex infrastructure problems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
- Proven experience leading high-impact technical initiatives from problem definition to production delivery.
- Strong ability to translate business and operational needs into technical requirements.
- Deep experience with distributed or cloud-native systems focusing on reliability and security.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation tools.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
