Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
- Ship features and learn from real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Bring a builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and creative approaches to overcoming obstacles.
- Communicate clearly, directly, and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Preferred: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
- Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering.
- Preferred: prior experience with React, TypeScript, or Go.
