Base Salary
$83k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, maintain, and deploy Android applications for CVS and Health100.
- Write efficient, documented code using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Java, and Android Studio.
- Apply object-oriented programming and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, and Strategy.
- Create core libraries, application frameworks, and Android architecture.
- Implement concurrency using threads, handlers, coroutines, and scheduling techniques.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, UX, and backend teams to deliver mobile features.
- Support the full mobile software development lifecycle and build, test, and ship application features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience working on enterprise-class applications.
- At least 3 years of Android frontend development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing for multiple device sizes, including mobile phones and tablets in portrait and landscape orientations.
- At least 3 years of experience with the complete mobile software development lifecycle using the Android SDK.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to protect sensitive and confidential company information.
- Understanding of ADA and regulatory compliance topics including PCI, PII, and PHI.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and build automation tools such as Jenkins.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills and the ability to work independently.
