Responsibilities
- Implement new iOS product features in collaboration with designers and product managers.
- Build and improve the end-to-end payment experience within the OpenTable app.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define public APIs used by mobile applications.
- Partner with Product and Design on requirements, A/B test design, and feature rollouts.
- Maintain, refactor, and test the existing codebase, including adding unit tests.
- Contribute to application architecture through new patterns, framework upgrades, and async or reactive approaches.
- Mentor and guide other engineers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of iOS development experience.
- Proficiency in Swift.
- Experience with unit testing is a strong plus.
- Backend development experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Android app development is a nice-to-have.
- Strong communication skills, an eye for good design, and passion for consumer product development.
