Responsibilities
- Build and ship native Android features for the Creative App.
- Integrate mobile features with ElevenLabs’ AI-driven audio models.
- Design and run A/B tests and use experimental results to guide product decisions.
- Own the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the production app.
- Collaborate with design, product, and research teams.
- Help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.
Requirements
- Strong native Android development experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Track record of shipping features that improved engagement.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests.
- Ability to use data to determine what to build next.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- Experience owning performance, quality, and responsiveness in a production app.
- Experience with audio playback or streaming on Android is a bonus.
- Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines is a bonus.
