[CIS] Senior Android Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the native Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to review requirements, propose solutions, estimate effort, and build user-friendly applications.
- Optimize the application for speed, stability, scalability, different screen sizes, and device models.
- Implement authentication, session management, secure data storage, location-based features, and location-triggered push notifications.
- Investigate and resolve production issues through crash analysis, root cause analysis, and hotfixes.
- Implement application monitoring, analytics, localisation, and accessibility support.
- Write and maintain unit and UI test cases and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Own features and modules end to end, review peer code, contribute to technical design discussions, and maintain operational documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience implementing location services and push notifications.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC, session management, and secure credential storage.
- Experience integrating third-party libraries.
- Hands-on experience writing and maintaining unit and UI tests.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Scrum practices.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
